Raise your right hand if you love chocolate and raise your left hand if you love muffins. I notice we are on the same wavelength! Today we’re talking muffins. More specifically, vegan chocolate banana nut muffins which have yet to last more than 2 days around these parts. The mother eats half the batch on day 1 and the remaining stragglers disappear over day 2. They’re that good. And did I mention really easy to make?

These bakery-style muffins have a gorgeous domed top and are ultra moist and decadent. There is so much chocolate involved here that you could even call them double chocolate if you wanted to. They are basically designed to be the most decadent and delicious chocolate muffins ever.
