This SUN-DRIED TOMATO HUMMUS PASTA is great - you get you veggies from the tomatoes, fiber/protein from the chickpeas and a lighter comforting and creamy sauce just by using 5 simple ingredients instead of the traditional cream sauce.



This dish is naturally meat-free and is easy to make vegan. On the other hand, if you want, you can serve it with any meat or additional veggies of choice.
