For all you tofu novices and tofu lovers alike, I give you this vegan teriyaki tofu recipe. If you have someone in the family who needs some convincing on tofu deliciousness, serve them teriyaki tofu and there’ll be no turning back! Tofu is a great source of good-quality vegan protein. Among other tofu recipes, this one is definitely one of my favourites. It is super flavourful and delicious, as well as really easy to prepare.

Tofu is great, but it can be a little hard to get used to its flavor, especially if you don’t know how to cook it. But with this teriyaki tofu, you won’t have to worry about that ever again!

In fact, it is ready in just 25 minutes with only 10 ingredients. My favorite part about this dish is the flavour profile from the teriyaki tofu marinade.

There is endless depth to this recipe. Once cooked, the tofu’s texture becomes the perfect amount of crispy – all in all, trying this classic Asian recipe is a must! there is a lot to love about this teriyaki tofu. It’s packed with flavour: salty and a little sweet, and it comes together super fast. Crispy tofu nuggets are baked (not fried!) and smothered in sticky sweet and savoury teriyaki sauce. Serve with rice and steamed veggies, and topped with sesame seeds and green onion, it’s a satisfying, easy, and flavourful option for a knock-your-socks-off vegan meal.

I don’t have much of a sweet tooth, so I don’t often share dessert recipes. But every now and then I prepare a sweet treat, like these vegan strawberry and cream crepes. They are sweet, soft, light, and filled with coconut whip and strawberries! Sometimes simplicity is best, and for this brunch, the combination of strawberries, cream and crepes is simplicity at its best. So simple and not too overly sweet, so perfect in my book.

Growing up, we loved eating crepes and traditionally they are made with eggs and cow’s milk. But guess what, you do not need those ingredients to enjoy sweet crepes! Crepes are special like that, and yet require few ingredients! This recipe is 100% vegan and 100% delicious, totally perfect for my vegan friends (I tested it 3 times already).

It’s hard to believe that September is here and fall is right around the corner. So if you like apples, cinnamon, and fall you have got to try these vegan apple pecan cinnamon rolls with caramel glaze. They taste like a cinnamon roll that met a donut that married apple pie that got busy with a sticky bun.

These super easy, soft, and gooey sticky buns are perfect for a special holiday breakfast or the perfect sweet treat for your indulgent brunch, afternoon pick-me-up snack, or after-dinner dessert. You can pair a roll with a cup of tea or coffee and make it a whole thing.

I think these cinnamon rolls are super pretty when baked! A feast for the eyes as well as the belly!

I love cinnamon rolls in all forms. But when it comes down to it, store-bought cinnamon rolls can’t hold a candle to these homemade buns! The dough itself is so soft and pillowy and almost no effort to make. The buns are full of apple flavour, crunchy pecan, and lots of warming cinnamon. They would be worth making just for the smells that waft from your oven as they bake and it just makes eating them all the better.
